1) I am a teacher in a private school. i currently have a spreadsheet in which i put total points achieved by students in different classes.

using basic equations, i am able to show their percentage achieved and also, the position they achieved in the class (using the "=RANK.EQ(...) formula)
now what i need is a call out sheet. that is, on a new spreadsheet, have a list of ALL the students from ALL classes who achieved 1st position. So the list will look like:
Class StudentName Points
1a John 245
1b Amy 239
1b Josh 239
2a Mosac 240
etc....
how would i achieve this?
2) also would it be possible to have like a drop down to select a specific month and the callout for that month shows up?
