excel tiered pricing and cumulative summary

Hi all,

Is it possible to use cells values in the below formula:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(E34>{0,25}),E34-{0,25},{6,-0.5})

How do I replace the static numbers {0,25} with cells? For example {A1, A2}
Excel throws an error when trying to do something like that:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(E34>{A1,A2}),E34-{A1,A2},{6,-0.5})
