Multiple Partial String Match in Index Formula

Respected Genies,
Column A Column B Column
Atif Nasrullah Pass ok 10
Azmi Nasrullah Pass ok 20
abcd Fail ok 30

now i want to pick the value from Column C by giving them the partial string input like "Atif" and "Pass" but we cannot use sumif function because in my problem, i need to pick the date, content etc and in sumif, formula it sums the dates. so need your help for this.
I am using below formula but its not work.
=INDEX(C:C,MATCH(1,("*"&E1&"*"=A:A)*("*"&F1&"*"=B:B),0))
but this formula does work in one condition like:
=INDEX(C:C,MATCH("*"&E1&"*",A:A,0))
