Search/ look up information across multiple worksheets

Good afternoon,

I am trying to create a spreadsheet where information will fill in depending on the name typed in the search box (example attached).

i.e. if I type '"Base 1" into cell B1, the table below will fill in the information from the same cell on the tab called "Base 1"

I have tried INDIRECT, INDEX & MATCH formulas, but I am not really familiar with these so have not been able to get them to work. I can get it to fill in with an if (=if(B1="Base 1","Base1!B5,"",if(B1="Base 2","Base2!B5)) etc. etc, but I need to be able to search information for over 50 bases and I don't think I can input that many separate formulas.

Can anyone advise please?
