Help Appreciated! I've been working on this incentive bracket for 2 days now. I have several different considerations and followed AND / OR functions but Excel seems not to read them after a couple of IF commands. What am I doing wrong? I attached the file with descriptions of the conditions and how values are linked to conditions.

rather than an image a sample spreadsheet would be useful
Please upload a small clean sample of your data / workbook (not a picture) to the forum, Make sure you have removed any private information, remember this is a public forum and so available to anyone
We would like to see an example of your data and also a manual mock up of the expected results you want to achieve.
To attach a file to your post,
click "Go advanced" (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage Attachments",
click that and select "Choose File" (top Left corner).
Find your file, click "Open" click "upload" click 'close windows" Top Right. click "Submit Reply"
Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
Also what are the rules themselves in words , bullet points - rather than have to untangle a formula that you say does not work

sorry, i dont know from the spreadsheet what you are trying to do
its really not clear to me
you have three sheets
i dont know how they interact
on sheet2 you have
e2 = amount if
e3 = amount or
no idea what that means
so for me to help - i would need a fuller explanation
basically if agent gets 25% RTS or lower and passes all the gate keepers of 100% they get 5000. If it's 30% or lower they get 3000. If they fail any one they either get 50% of the pot or none based on the second conditions. Same goes for commissions.
