If statment with multiple vlookups not showing all instances that occur

    Hi,

I am trying to create an if statement that has a vlookup to pull back data and then have an argument to say if the cutoff dates table has a date use that if not just show the data from the avail inventory clean tab. Id like the formula to look at the data in the mirrored table and then if = to date in cutoff tab then show cut off for that date, if false show the remaining inventory from the Avail inventory clean tab. The vlookups are correct but the formula is off somewhere. I have attached the sample to help. Thank you for your help.

    Best Regards,

    Brett

Please post expected results in a short range, say D3:D7.

expected results would be row 13,25,37,49,61,73 Column AF would say cut off instead of ss

In AF13, for example, the first VLOOKUP in your formula should index column 1, instead of 2.

So do I just have the order of the if statement wrong?

Try this in AF3 and copy down:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Other options, contemplating N/A situations:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    or:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

In either case, it slows down processing because your ranges are all the way.
If possible, I would recommend narrowing them down.

Thank You! I was over complicating the formula.
