    Consolidating Groups by Rates

I am working on consolidating several different employee groups. They are separated by different benefit rates. I have 25 different groups, each with 9 different rates. I am looking to consolidate the 25 groups if possible by comparing similarites in the rates. Is there a formula that can help me identify which groups are close enough to each other in terms of rates for consolidation? +- 2% would be ideal. Thanks!

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
