Copy Down Range With Interval Rows

how to copy down range this below :

row/column :
col.B
706 ----$B112
723-----$B113
740-----$B114

i have use but not working:

=INDEX(B:B;112+17*(ROWS($B$706:B723)-1))

any helps, much appreciated..
