    Stable, Up and Down comparision resulst formula needed

    I have "Stable, Up and Down" as drop down menu in A1 cell, and B1 cell. When i make a selection i should get Up arrow, down arrow and stable arrow in C1 cell. could you please help me doing this?
    example - A1=stable and B1=Up then C1 should show UP arrow. and so on.

    See attached. C1 is formatted as wingdings3 and has a formula in it. I used CF to change the color of the arrows.

    thank you , it is working, but when i do the same on my sheet , it seems having some problem, could you please update this in my list, appreciate your time and help if you do so. But i am unable to attach the file, as i do not have attachment option.

    Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment, so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

    Is this an Access or Excel query?

    Please do not ignore my questions - why did you post in the Access section when this seems to be an Excel query?
