Help needed with automated time sheet

Dear All

Having difficulty sorting out a formula

I have data from a time clock in columns.
Column A is the ID
Column B is the date of the stamp
Column C is the time stamp

Some Employees can stamp in , then out , then In again and then out. So they may have 4 stamps per Day , They also may have only 2
I am trying look through the data set in the three columns and return results in ROWS for a given ID and a given date as in the example attached.

I tried using array with count-if and small and array altogether, BUT i always partially succeed. especially that I'm after displaying the results in rows and not columns
