    Condense cells/data into one row

    Hi guys

I have a table of data (on the attached file, the table with the red header).
The table contains different users and there can be multiple rows for each user.
Columns D, E, F contain information which I need to condense into one line.

I have attached the spreadsheet and added comments as I think that will be a lot easier than trying to explain here with plain text.

I'm not sure if what I'm wanting is possible, but any ideas are welcome and as for a solution, I'm happy to use formuals, pivot tables, vba, add columns/rows etc... whatever gets the job done is fine with me!

    Thanks

See the attached. I am not sure it does what you want in the remaining rows.

In H3 this array entered formula is copied down and across to J15.

If you aren’t familiar with array-entered formulas array enter means the formula must be committed from edit mode by simultaneously pressing and holding down Ctrl and Shift while hitting Enter.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then in K3 this array entered formula filled down and across to M15.
