If a cell contains value I would like to differentiate the row/column it is in

    Hi guys and gals,
So I am working on data analysis and have a percentage chart that I need to find values in specific columns and rows. I also want to replace the columns with letters and the rows with numbers. For example if 72.22% in the D:D column but I want all answers that fall in the D:D column to be labeled D. I have tried =IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(cell value,...) but I still can't find a proper formula. I also in another formula need the row where the 72.22% is found in and displayed as a number value such as 1.55. In column A:A are the number values and row 1:1 are the letter values A,B,C,D,E.
I am just trying to sort out where the 72.22 is on the chart with an answer of 1.55 D. Even if both answers are in their own cells beside one another is good with me.I would appreciate any help that could be had please and thank you. Attached is the chart for the example.

    Reverse lookup:
    Array formula *:
    Row #:

*confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER.
You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula.
If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.Non-arrray formulas:

    column #:

    Column A value A row #:
