Excel months,

I would like to know which months I would need to change my water filters.
So for example:

I purchased my water filter on 01/01/18 and the directions say, "replace water filter on a quarterly basis." So now I know I have to change my water filter every 3 months.
How can I have excel show which months they are, or how can I have excel produce the results.

Or, if your original date (1/1/2018) is in A1, put this in B1 and drag right =EDATE(A1,3)

My post #3 is for each date set in its own cell, if you like Martin's approach in post #2 with it all in one cell then this would be an alternative...
=TEXT(EDATE(A1,3),"mmm")&" "&TEXT(EDATE(A1,6),"mmm")&" "&TEXT(EDATE(A1,9),"mmm")&" "&TEXT(EDATE(A1,12),"mmm")
