Need a formula to compare two values in excel and provide the output in a different colunm

I have attached a demo excel sheet. please help in extracting a information as mentioned below.



Find the duplicate from the "name" column and compare that value with its "Last back" from column A.



And display all that information with its correspondence "Expire" date.

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?
