Replacing data in 2 cells

Hi, all

I'm not really good with formulas usage hence I'm having problem to do one. Have done multiples of them but total failure.

I have 3 sheets; RawData, Summary & Sheet3. My issue is I have to create 2 formula which can replace data in 2 cells, the shop's name and the month, both in Summary sheet, AM2:AM3 (previous columns and rows will be filled in with other data).

For Shop's Name cell (AM2) in Summary sheet:
1. Formula will have to detect data located in cell C14 & A14 (combines them together) in RawData sheet
2. Go through column A in sheet3 to find shop's name which is combination of data in C14 and A14 (following that order)
3. Return the data from the adjacent cell, which is in column B to be put in AM2 of Summary

For Month cell (AM3) in Summary sheet:
1. Formula will detect data located in cell B14 of RawData sheet
2. Go through column C in sheet3 to find the month
3. Return the data from adjacent cell, which is in column D to be put in AM3 of Summary
