Adding Hyperlink formula to existing formula

Hello all,

I was wondering if someone could help me understand if it is possible to add a HYPERLINK formula into my existing formula below. Currently the below formula pulls information from my "RawData" sheet and automatically duplicates it onto my "Search" sheet to reflect the RawData sheet's information, even when it it edited. However, i need my "Search" sheet, starting from Cell "I16" and down that column to not only stay linked with the rows from the "RawData" but to also be a hyperlinked to individual PDF. documents.

Really i don't need the "Link Name" column on my "Search" sheet to contain any inforamtion other than a hyperlink to my document; however, i do need it to stay connected to the other 7 columns when they move as information is searched.
