I want to clear cells on different rows and different sheets after the game is over to ready for next game the cells have no formulas .
I need a formula or some auto means to blank these cells ready for new entry.
Example
"enter pl# in c5 c5 now = pl# ". I want to delete data in c5 with a formula not a push button after game is over.

It is not possible to "delete" data in Excel by formula
You can do it with VBA
It does not need buttons
It can be triggered automatically by a change in a cell value
It uses what is called an "event" macro
Please post your workbook with details of what should be cleared and when
To post a workbook:
- click on GoAdvanced
- scroll down and click on ManageAttachments
- follow screen instructions
