Conditionally format adjacent Cells - if less than zero

    Hello!

I have been playing around with formulas, but can't find one to do exactly what I want it to.

To mark my place as I enter data in a second column, I want the conditional formatting to fill Column A after I type a value in Column B.

    Any thoughts?

    R
