Hello.
There's something I'm doing wrong here but I can't for the life of me see what it is. I can drag down or copy and paste the information in the yellow highlighted area to the three lines immediately below. But what I'm trying to do is copy that information into the blue highlighted area, but it's not working for me.

I'm guessing what you mean is when you copy down to League One you're seeing errors in the cells rather than results?
That would be because the ranges are still locked to the Championship table when you copy down, so they're looking for Northampton in the top table and doesn't find it so throws up an error.
In the attached version I've amended the formulas so suit.

Sorry but that's way above me. I can take the formula from cell W5 and copy it into W36 and then change the relevant cell locations but isn't there a simpler way?
You could change the formula to reference entire columns then copy down at will no matter how many tables you have.
For example your current formula in W5 could be changed to:
