Help with "Insert a line break in a cell"

Hi experts

So I got the ALT+ENTER function to work perfectly (as found here https://support.office.com/en-us/art...7-9f5873fe21c7) but when I then copy & paste that cell outside of Excel it adds " " at the start and end of the pasted text.
Can I get rid of the extra " " ?

If it's any help, this is the formula before the ALT+ENTER has been added
="A "&D4&" review is being conducted on "&D2&" who has a final risk rating of "&D5&". "&K13&" "&E7&" "&E8&" "&D9&" "

This is after the ALT+ENTER is used
="A "&D4&" periodic review is being conducted on "&D2&" who has a final risk rating of "&D5&". "&K13&"

"&E7&"
"&E8&"

"&D9&""
