Need help to Generate Report

Hello There,

I'm looking to generate a Report as in attached file "Expected_Result" tab.
Report_Data: Is base data
Final_Status: Indicates current status for each candidate.

So, I'm looking for something like to add a button on top of "Final Status" field in Expected_Result for each candidate. Once I click on, it should show current status of candidate.

For e.g. If a candidate id "1" completes a "In Discussion - WIP" (there is explanation column which describes this) it should be added under drop down button for that candidate. And when he/she completes "L1 - Select" it should be added in drop down for that candidate.

Looking for possible ways and how we can do this.
