IF function between two sheets

Hi!

Im trying to use the following if function between two sheets:

=IF(Sheet1!A3=[@Turbine],[@[Helper 1]],'''')

Cell A3 is a drop down menu, my goal is that if the value selected from the dropdown menu matches [@Turbine], the value in [@[Helper 1]] will appear, otherwise the cell should remain empty.

I've had the same thing working in a single sheet, but now i've redone it in multiple sheets i can't get the if function to work.
