    Formula to Create a Unique List Based on a Cell Value

    Hi,

    I have a schedule of services and I'd like to create a unique list based on the responses received, i.e. where the customer has indicated that they require the service.

    I've attached an example with a brief description of what I require. If you have any queries just give me a shout.
