Index formula with variable row #

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
Sheet1, Cell A1 and formulas in cell C3:G4 gives correct result.
I need help to modify the formula so that if A1 is chnaged to "Feb" then it gives corrrect result

Hello:

I have come with the logic, have a look.
I have got the row # in row 2 sheet1.
Need to apply this as varaiable in formula:

Here instead of &Row(4:4), need to pick up row # from row2.
So if
Jan is chosen then it will be 4:4
Feb is chosen then it will be 5:5
and so on and i will get correct result.
