You will see in the file attached I am working on a task list progress chart.
Within each task is a group of names, and under columns D- G, a date is put in when that person has completed the task.
In the table below A38 downwards, I want to keep a history of the activity, however some of the data is overwritten (as the same person may do the same task more than once) and I wondered whether there is a way of excel keeping the historical information and pre populating it into my table?
For example:
Name 1 completes the Identify box on the 01/10/16, 1/07/17 and 1/11/17. These are updated over the course of the year, however today I only see 01/11/17 in cell D4.
Is it possible for my history table to populate the history automatically for Name 1 to show: (B38)- 01/10/16,(C38)- 1/07/17, (D38)- 01/11/17?
