Calculation of 'Breach Date and Time' that takes into account Business Hours

    Hi,

    This is my first thread.

I am currently attempting to create an Excel Spread sheet to be used for the calculation of an SLA.

At present I have most of it working to my needs but I am unable to get the Breach Date and Time to identify the initial non business hours if an ticket is logged out of hours for the specific SLA.

I have attached the spread sheet that I have put together. In cell K7 I have a formula for WorkDay which is working from the opened time but not for the out of hours at the time of the ticket being logged.

If anyone can offer some assistance and explanation it would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards

This is a UDF which means you have to macro-enable the workbook.

One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
