Try these:

C8 =LOOKUP(B8,C$2:C$5,B$2:B$5)

D8 =LOOKUP(B8,C$2:C$5,E$2:E$5)

E8 =LOOKUP(B8,C$2:C$5,F$2:F$5)

Drag all of the formulas down.
