Single INDEX MATCH formula for two cells

I am using INDEX MATCH as a replacement for VLOOKUP.
I have two INDEX MATCH formulas, side by side, returning values that are also side by side, using the same lookup value and array

Is there a way to put a formula in E3 that will also populate F3? Like an Array formula?

You can have one formula which can be placed in E3 and copied across to F3.
    Try this...

    In E3

And then copy across to F3.
