need help counting occurrences by date

I want to count how many times a client transacted. I need to count how many occurrence of a client by date.
Here is a sample

Thanks to everyone for the post. I should have been a little more specific. I only want to count the unique occurrences. So if the client transacted 3 times on said date I only want to count that as 1. Appreciate the help.

If you set PivotTable check small checkbox at the bottom : add to data model then Count of Client set to Distinct Count
