Hello all-
I can usually figure out formulas for excel on my own, either through trial and error, or research, but this one has me stumped. Please help!
I need a formula that looks at specific range of cells say C8:N8. Then if there is a blank cell in that range to look at cells C4:N4 and give me the title of that blank cell column. This is just a broken down version, but ultimately, the formula will look at another sheet in the cell range I give and find blank cells, then tell me the Title of the column for hundreds of people for 30-50 task.

I will give a quick example. Let's say in row C1 there is a name. In A1:G1 there are items. I want the formula to search C2:G2, look for blanks, then if it finds one tell me the title from A1:G1. A report of missing items for a particular person. This is just an example, but I am using to search about a hundred names and 50-60 items.
