If range contains one of the values in the array, return the index of the array

    Hello everyone,

I am using Microsoft Excel 2016.
If a range contains one of the values in the array, I wonder how can I return the index of the array?
Please see the attachment for the samples.

    Thanks a lot,
    Lawrence
