    Removing gaps

Can someone explain how to remove gaps from the list generated on the "MISSED" sheet.

I want a list with no gaps.

I am assuming it's a SMALL/INDEX nested formula. But cannot get it working.

If someone can explain also how the formula works then I can hopefully replicate later on.

    Cheers,
    Graeme

    =IFERROR(INDEX(register,SMALL(IF(INDEX(register,,MATCH(A$1,REGISTER!$1:$1,)+1)="n",ROW(REGISTER!$A$1:$A$50)),ROWS($A$1:A1)),MATCH(A$1,REGISTER!$1:$1,)),"")
REG FORM!rows 32+, there were circular references

    Re: Removing gaps

So have you removed any circular references?

The functionality of the sheet has changed. Previously REG FORM rows 32+ were used so that if an "n" was put in a ATT column on the REGISTER sheet it would add the appropriate "n1.. n2, etc" to the following date.

This no longer works on the attachment.

    Re: Removing gaps

Seems that the formula which populated FT32 and down on the Reg Form sheet had been removed from the file attached to post #2. If you put the formula back in FT32 and copy down then those cells , as well as MM6:MM8 on the Reg sheet, will display n4, n11 and n23.
Formula for FT32 on the Reg Form sheet:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
