    How to make conditional formatting based on criteria

    If Start Time is <=15 minutes from Office Time (IN) then color will be green and Start Time is > 15 minutes from Office Time (IN) then color will be red. please help me on it

    Hi Sixthsense,

    Thanks for your effort, i have attached the updated file with Example which i want. and conditional formatting will be on column B (Start Time). Sorry for my mistake to understand you.

    I want to achieve the (Start time - Office Time (IN)) is grater than 15 minutes then color will be Red and rest of them Green. Please fine attached file
