Punch in Time clock problem

Took me a while to find a good excel sheet as a punch in clock, i've found one on the forum but it's starting to get problems.

If i punch in the clock-in nolonger shows up and the name doesn't show up anymore on the data section, also you can't punch in and out twice on the same day, if these issues can be fixed or any guidance it would be greatly appreciated.
