Remove 2 digits from a 11 digit number

Hi,

Please see the attached excel file. Sheet 1 is the main sheet, Sheet 2 is what I require.

Basically the sheet one contains certain digits, the end result that I require is

1. Remove 91 if it's there at the beginning of any number which is a 12 digit number, any number which is not 12 digit should be ignored
2. Mark Invalid against the numbers which are more or less than 10 digital or contain anything else other than numbers.

PS - I wrote 11 digits in title by mistake, but now I am unable to edit that.
