Question calculate amount charged based on various rates

Hello,
I am seeking assistance with attached file to best apply formula to calculate amount to be charged using a basic and per kg rate structure. Basic and Per Kg is based on certain criteria in col A-D in order of first match application. To illustrate, i have used iferror/vlookup (can this be enhanced). I am also wondering if index match/sum product would be a better way to go about this and how to apply this?

Something like that?
You already had the verbiage in your question
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
