Indirect formula with variable row#

I am using below formula:

I need Row # in above to be variable and to be picked up from cell L2
So if L2 is 3 then above formula will become:

=INDIRECT(L$1&"!"&CHAR(64+COLUMNS(A:A)+1)&$L$2)
