How To Reference Tab Name in Formula by using text in current sheet

Running an office basketball pool and I've done this very manually in the past.
In attached file, I want to populate columns E, F, G, H with formulas rather than looking at each sheet and typing.

First, I don't know how to reference a tab name based on the name in column C. The names in Column C exactly match the corresponding tab for that entry.

For example, E6 will equal cell I40 on the SteveWedner1 tab, but i just want to type a formula that I can drag down rather than typing each name in the formula.

Column E will always equal cell I40 on the bracket tabs, since it's the winner. But, column F is the Runner Up, so it will be H30 or J48, whichever one does not equal I40

Columns G & H will be the other Final 4 selections. G23, G55, L23, or L55. The two that do not equal Columns E & F on the Scoring Sheet.
