Is it possible to have a formula to round up or down a number to the nearest 10. So if it's 14, then it will round down to 10 and if 16, it will roundup to 20?

the previously posted formula should already do that. Unless you mean always round up to the nearest 10?

In such case you will have to use MROUND function
Assume you have value in A1
Try
B1=MROUND(A1,10)
