Search nearest value above in table. return header row + header column

Hi all,

i want to search the nearest value above search value (H95) on sheet "Blok ABCD verdieping".
The values can be fount in a named table "Kanaalopp_LxB" on sheet "Tabellen".
When found it should return row header [width value] + column header [height value].

the value in (H95) represents the minimal required diagonal of a square.
so returned vallues [width x height => minimal required diagonal of spaure]

I tried alot, but my formula takes the nearest value. not the nearest value above.
Any help appriciated, here's my file

if you know how to clean some formula in functions to make it readable that would be appriciated to, but not neccasary.
