Conditional Formatting rows based on value in column

I have a Text value in $O$2. I have no blanks. I want to format each row based on the text value found it the O column. from A-O.

I've got these setup for conditional formatting, but they're only working on the first row (after the headers so Row 2 technically)

Yes in the sense that I need it to check column O and based on the text highlight the row, then I need it to run those rules on every row.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
