I made a spreadsheet in Excel 2010 with drop down menus. I sent them to someone using Excel 2007 and the drop down menus will not work. Is there a way to work around this?

How were the dropdowns created?
If posting code please use code tags, see here.
I created them by using data validation for list and selecting the list from a different sheet in the same workbook. I tried to attach the spreadsheet but the load failed.
Thank you for replying.
In 2007 you will have to use a named range. You can't directly refer to another sheet for a DV list.

I thought I would pass this along. I solved the issue by using =INDIRECT("LISTS!$G$4:$G$6") instead of =LISTS!$G$4"$G$6. The individual I sent the spreadsheet to reported that it is working fine.
Thanks to this forum I am able to expand my knowledge.
