how to get text using sumif or some other function

Hi,

I have a unique situation. I have names of employees in column A and type of purchase in column B, see excel sheet attached.

I want to get all the type of purchases against an employee. Like for employee A, I want to display every type of purchase made in one cell against A.

Please help.

I need the all the results in a single cell. This was helpful but didn't solve my issue. I was not able to use the visual basic function as it is giving error. For further clarification I am attaching the sheet again with the desired result.
