Unhappy How to input one value on Excel workbook to have it automatically input to another

    Hello everyone!

I had a query for which I did a lot of research on YouTube and Google in general but I still cant find a satisfying solution to my problem
    For all the Excel specialists:

I am looking forward to decrease the workload in my office by coming up with a solution that enables my workers to input one value in a - let's suppose - XYZ workbook so that the value or text that has been input in XYZ workbook automatically carries forward the text or value to another workbook suppose ABC workbook.

    For example:

I input a car's chassis number i.e. KGC30-1234567 on "ABC" workbook. Now as I input this chassis number on this workbook, I want this chassis number to automatically be posted to "XYZ" workbook without me going through the hassle of opening "XYZ" workbook. Is it even possible? I am sure it must be given how advanced and useful Excel is haha!

Anyone who has understood my problem, please help! I will be very grateful!
    Thanks in advance!
