Countif

I have the following formula that works, but I need to add another criteria to count but I cannot figure out where in this formula to insert the additional matching criteria. The column where the criteria is at is column S and the matching cell is E3.

=SUMPRODUCT(COUNTIFS(INDIRECT("'"&B2&"'!$M$2:$M$10000"),$E$1))

I can't see why you need SUMPRODUCT there, so perhaps
=COUNTIFS(INDIRECT("'"&B2&"'!$M$2:$M$10000"),$E$1,INDIRECT("'"&B2&"'!$S$2:$S$10000"),$E$3)
