    Assistance With Embedded If Statement

    Hi,

    I need to embed some if statements to capture a couple of possibilities.

    My formula is used to track client queries and display the time taken to close said query, or if it's still open, how long it has been open for. It works fine, but i need to add in some additional query statuses

    Currently my formula checks the Status column. If its Open then it calculates the time between the Date Raised and today's date. If it's closed, it calculates the Date Raised and the Date Closed.

    I want to include additional Statuses for Column C such as:
    Pending Delivery Checks
    Working On
    On Hold

    The above three statuses need to work the same as if the query was set to Open

    My formula
    =IF(C2<>"",IF($C2="Open",INT((TODAY()-$F2)/7)&" weeks "&MOD(TODAY()-$F2,7)&" days",IF($K2<>"",INT(($K2-$F2)/7)&" weeks "&MOD($K2-$F2,7)&" days","N/A")),"")

    excel.png

    Is anyone able to help me embed the new statuses?

    Many thanks
    swood

    this looks like it would work for you...
    =IF(C2<>"",IF(OR(C2="open",C2="pending delivery checks",C2="working on",C2="on hold"),INT((TODAY()-$F2)/7)&" weeks "&MOD(TODAY()-$F2,7)&" days",IF($K2<>"",INT(($K2-$F2)/7)&" weeks "&MOD($K2-$F2,7)&" days","N/A")),"")
