I have a workbook where cells P1:P4 are the same on 5 worksheets. Is there a way to enter the data on any one of the sheets and it populates the same cells on the other worksheets?
Examples:
1) If data is entered in cell P2 on sheet2, populate cell P2 on Sheet1-Sheet3-Sheet4-Sheet5
or
2) If data is entered in cell P3 on sheet4, populate cell P3 on Sheet1-Sheet2-Sheet3-Sheet5
yes, if you highlight all the tabs that have that you want that data to appear on then put the data in P1 etc it will also be on the other tabs in P1 etc too.
Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.

Thanks Sambo. Is it possible to execute an on a change event to perform this function whenever P1:P4 are active in any of the workbooks? The problem I have is that this change could talk place at multiple steps in the process and I want to be able to update all the sheets at any time.
If I'm understanding your question I believe that would take VBA to do (those skills I do not have).

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
