    Active referencing to formula

    Hi all,
I have a lot of workbooks and i have prepared a worksheet on one of them that gathers some data from the rest of the sheets of the same workbook. For example it takes the names and surnames from the first sheet, the telephones from the second and inserts them to the last sheet concentrated.
Now i want to copy that concentrated worksheet to all other workbooks in order to gather the information from each of the other workbooks as well in this particular sheet.
When i do that the sheet is copied with the data of the first workbook and i would like to make it actively change the source of data in order to take the name, surname and address of the workbook that is currently located.
How do i prepare that using formulas.
e.g. at workbook 1: sheet1!B2 goes to 'concentratedsheet'!a1 but when i copy the worksheet to another workbook it gets workbook 2: ='[workbook1.xlsm]sheet1'!B2 where i want it to get the current workbook data.

I hope i made my situation clear
    Thank you

You can use Find & Replace (CTRL-H) in the destination workbook and change workbook1 to workbook2 (or whatever your filenames are).

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you for the response.
I was hoping to do a multiple copy of this "template" worksheet using macro. I think i might have succeed using indirect function for each reference on the formula, but i will get it further to see if that is indeed useful.
