Clothes sortiment in stock/not in stock

    Hi everyone

I am trying to make an Excel sheet where I put in orders for work outfits from my staff. In the very same sheet I have put in the amount of items in stock. So, when e.g. Mr Anderson comes to me and wants a new jacket in size M (medium), I will type in M in a cell and in the next cell I want the word YES or NO to pop up depending on if the item is in stock or not.

Anyone know any formulas to make this work?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Best regards
    Anders

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
let Source = #table({"Question","Thread", "User"},{{"Answered","Mark Solved", "Add Reputation"}}) in Source

If I give you Power Query (Get & Transform Data) code, and you don't know what to do with it, then CLICK HERE

Thanks for your reply, but when I try to paste the formula, I get the message "There is a problem with this formula. Are you not trying to write a formula?..." Any idea?

Where are you? What symbol do you usually use to separate arguments in a formula? Which version of Excel are you using?

A complete profile is a big help, to help you...
