Formula for percentage of value

Dear forum experts

I need your support and guidance for following requirements

"A" column has a number value = 10000
"B" column has % value = 10%

In "C" column i want to sum

1st step = "percentage of value of A*B/100" =10
+
2nd step = 10% value of percentage of value of A*B/100" =1

"C" Column = 11

Kindly help me

Not sure about the maths:

10% of 1000 =100

10% of 100=10

So result is 100+10=110
